Activated carbon filter products have two categories: compression type activated carbon filter, bulk type activated carbon filter.
1.The compression type activated carbon filter element uses the high adsorption value of coal activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon as the filter material, to the food grade binder sintering compression forming. Compressed activated carbon filter inside and outside are respectively wrapped with a layer of non-woven filtering cloth, to ensure that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder, the carbon core is equipped with a soft butadiene rubber gasket at both ends, so that the carbon core into the filter cartridge has good tightness.
2.Bulk activated carbon filter will need activated carbon particles into a special plastic shell, with welding equipment will end cover welding on the two sides of the shell, the two ends of the shell were put into the filtering effect of non-woven filter, to ensure that the carbon core in use will not drop carbon powder and black water. According to the needs of customers, the shell end cover can be made into different types of joints. Interface mode: flat pressure type, pipe type (model: 4042, 4044, 4046, etc.).
